Nope, that's Miaka and Tamahome.

It is truly a good picture, but, I'm not seeing Mimi and Riku.... This actually looks like the outline to a picture of Miaka and Tamahome from fushigi yugi that I saw.....Yep, here it is..... Oh, oh my.... They look exactly they same..... There's only a few slight differences, (i.e. Hair drawn in a different style, the positioning of the hand, and the fact that 'Riku's' head is tilted a bit upwards...)
