This is some mighty fine work seeing as you used ink and markers, though I think that the perspective, as Alphamaniac said, may need a little bit of work. Also the angles of some objects appear a little bit off.. otherwise I like it.

Pretty good. Is this supposed to be Mid gar City? If it is: good job, but work on it. Not too much, but it does need a bit more perspective.
