As usual, its great. However the one thing I have to say for realism, is that some things are a little too soft, and some too defined (like when you do the lips, theres no outline, just the line where the lip actually separates, and then shading to show the change from the rest of the skin to the lip) And the bridge of the nose seems a little too soft for true realism, too. But all in all, its definately one of the best first-few-tries realisms I've seen on here, way too many people here seem to think that you can draw something outlined, change the nose from anime to a normal one, give it some shading and call it realism.
