it a real bloom!!?

I'm not sure what this questions means. Obviously Bloom is not real on account of being a fictional character.

If you mean is it an actual shot from the show then the answer is no though I did use several screengrabs as references and worked hard to try to make Bloom look as much like she does in the show as possible. Personally I think I was more successful doing that with Stella than Bloom.

The colouring was done in Paint Shop Pro 9. I think I did this picture just before I got my tablet so the lineart would have been done using the Beizer tools in Paint Shop Pro as well. After doing this and the Stella pictures I switched to doing all my lineart using a tablet in Manga Studio mainly because as you can see here the PSP beizer tool gives a rather boring single width line.
