The Fukuro Lady is a Silent Hill creature... thing... see in places like SH3 and the video 'Fukuro' from The Art of Silent Hill. Hence, her name.

I don't know much about her, but she intregues me. So I draw'd her. :E Although, I realied I got her, well, 'cloths' i guess you can say, wrong after I got to coloring it. It's supposed to extend up to her neck and cut off the side of the breast, almost exposing her nipple. Oh well.

Ah I was wondering what it/ who she was during the silent hill 3 game. I got rather confused, but thanks for clearing this up for me. I think you did a lovely job painting her, and don't think of her clothing as a mistake, it's a ' variation ' :D
