...Whose demented image makes him a character I can easily relate to. ;-)

Just because I think he's admirably mental, and because I wanted to practice drawing anime.

(Oh yeah, and I know one eye looks bigger than the other. That's because I tried to make one half-open and one fully open. Now it just looks odd. *huff*)
