I drew this in a surprisinglt short amount of time.
I started it last night and finished it today, but, discrediting the time I was sleeping or not working, I but about an hour or so into this.
She is a broken doll.
The dark areas are where the paint has chipped away, exposing her bare wood.
Please comment and tell me what you think.
Criticism is as welcome as compliment, but please make it at least a little constructive.
Your artwork all kinds to have a subtle undertone of .. you guessed it, angst. Still, great job, I really like the broken doll idea, and I think I overdosed on caffeine so better stop.

I think I'd like to draw her again someday o.o I was going to make a pciture series out of this but the second one got sort of tossed aside with a burst of improvement artisticly. I'll have to finish, because I still like it even if my style's changed.
I don't think somebody will critisize this picture!It's so nicely done.It shows something brocken which is bad,but it shows also a kind of purity.Dunno why!That's how I feel looking that pic of yours!

I love this picture; the entire concept and execution of it was very well done. And the chipping paint just looks awesome. But my favorite would have to be the hair; you got the mangled look down well.

Oh, broken doll, broken doll. I love dolls like that---makes me think of fragile beauty and innocence. That's what I think of when I see this pic. The arm is absolutely splendid! I love her hair especially. ^_^
