I had an urge to draw Norm from the Fairly Oddparents, so I did. It was drawn rather quickly, hence the very bad background that was tacked on in about five seconds.
The background is supposed to be smokey, but it just looks weird, so pretend that it's smoke, or something fancy.
Norm the Genie belongs to Nickelodeon and Butch Hartman.
