Okay, yeah, so this is the colored version of that lineart I have up! ^-^ I think it looks pretty good...no original pose or anything, but I like it. Tell me whatcha think!
Ohhhhhs I think it looks great! I've never played any FF games, but I do know a great deal of their later characters. Enough to know that Rikku is from FF, ohhh yah! Score eleven for the old memory banks! The coloring is absolutely fab! It's very even and I love all the details, including the way you colored her hair. You also did a great job on the legs and knees.
Thank you! Of course this is based off of the official art, so it was way significantly easier than it would've been if it was original, but thanks! ^^
and yeah, all FFs are super long, it would be rather difficult to finish one without significant amounts of freetime... Dirge of Cerberus is only like 15 hrs maybe, but it's just an FF7 spinoff and not even an RPG, so it doesn't really count... *shrug* oh well. If you ever get the time, just know that they all roxxorz. well, not all of them, but most of them. lol just ask if you wanna know which ones suck and why XP
Hey, have you ever seen the chocobo song, by Legendary Frog (it's actually called FF tribute or something lame like that...)? and All About Random Battles and stuff? They're really funny ^^
haha I love that thing! You mean the one that goes "my name is Cloud. I have a sword. I fight cactaurs..."? That song is so awesome!!! But no, I'm talking about the one that goes to the tune of the song that always plays in FF games when chocobos are around. "Final Fantasy is an RPG, the only one that I need! It's the RPG for me!" etc etc. It's great, go to legendaryfrog.com ^^ Lots of other stuff there too, like zelda and lord of the rings. you don't gotta watch it if you don't want to (the more recent stuff, like the metal gear solid and world of warcraft stuff isn't very funny anyway) but most of it's pretty cool.
oh ^^ Yeah, I absolutely luffles that song! I've known it for longer than I've been an FF fan, and every time I've gotten into a new FF game I've made it a tradition to go back and watch it again to point out all the chars I can now recognize! =D
hehe.. I see. I've done that before. I saw a neat video of something I didn't know and I liked the vid a lot and when I actually got into it, I went back and pointed out everyone I knew. I don't remmeber what it was or what the video was, but it sounds horribly familiar.
hmm interesting. I also saw and loved that Harry Potter Puppet Pals "Bothering Snape" thing long before I had ever read any of the books, and sometimes I would quote it randomly, much to the annoyance of my younger siblings! They hate it when I do that--quote things they haven't seen and speak spanish and stuff. It's really fun 8D
LOLZ yah, I like speaking spanish randomly. And I've seen that thing before it's funny. But I read and saw HP before I saw that. hehe... "angst... angst... angst..."
Every Harry Potter fan but me has that book now. *emoness* *sniff* See, I'm out of money. I'll save it up to where I have tons of money snd nothing to spend it on, then when I finnally want something, it's all gone! I don't even know what heppend to it all!
aw, too bad for you! I was so afraid that I would run into a spoiler or something if I didn't get to read it soon. As I was buying it there was an old man behind me in line teasing me that he would tell me the ending and I was just like "don't you dare!"
LOLZ that would be bad. I hope I don't run into a spoiler! That would be vereh bad. Everyone's reading it, so I hope they don't end up telling me something.
Yeah. I feel bad for my sister cuz I just keep wanting to reflect, saying vague things that don't really count as spoilers, but really I'm implying things that really would count on accident and even as I read I would ask her questions about the older books that I couldn't remember and then she'd get all worried that whatever I asked about would be a big key pt later when it didn't actually matter...things like that.
hehe.. I see. You know, they have a book about what MIGHT be in the 7th book and it has uber mega spoilers for the 6th right on te back. THAT is cruel. They might as well just spell it out for you! Snape killed Dumbledore. I feel sorry for the poor sap that read the back of that before reading the 6th. And for the poor sap that reads this comment before reading the 6th.
lol I'm happy for anyone who didn't know that already. It's been everywhere for ages, I knew it way before I'd even read the first one/knew who Snape and Dumbledore were.
*shrugs* weird, cuz like I said I heard it enough to remember even before I knew the significance at all. Apparently some radio station said it shortly after the book came out and everyone made a big fuss or something and that's what started it...I think. And my brother showed me this thing on youtube where this guy was going around shouting it to everyone gathered at a bookstore on the night it came out (talk about evil!!) and if you ever run across one of those things where ppl are randomly listing off spoilers like, y'know the FF7 thing and the Soylent Green thing (not gonna actually say them, cuz like I said, you're pretty lucky if ya don't know already, and I dun wanna be the one to mess that up), it'll be sure to be there too....stuff like that.
O mai!! Such horrible ppl!! It reminds me of the time I watched like a minute of this random show and a guy terned the TV on, but there was another guy that wanted to watch something else. I'll call them Bill and Ted cos that's fun. The first guy is Bill and the second is Ted. So, Bill turns the TV on and The Sixth Sense is on, but Ted wants to watch something else. So, Ted tries to get Bill to change the channel and Bill says, "I've never seen this movie." So, Ted sits down and a couple seconds later he says, "Bruce Willis is a ghost." Then Bill throws Ted the remote.
Aw! Poor Bill!!! I love that movie!! haha I didn't see it for years and years until I didn't care in the slightest but then I found out that that little kid is mini Sora so then I HAD to watch it!! And somehow I'd managed to avoid that spoiler through all this time so it was awesome and mind blowerific!! yay =D plus I get to watch cute lil Sora. I've only even seen Second Hand Lions for the same reason (even tho that movie totally sux). Did you know that he's in Forest Gump too? No lie, it's at the very end, he's like 4. KAWAII!
Wait, you've losts me. How is the kid little Sora? And I've never seen that Lions movie either. I've never even heard of it. But I have seen Forest Gump ^^ But I saw that movie years and YEARS ago, so I don't remmeber any of it at all except for maybe 2 small parts.
I know, me neither until just recently I watched it again and then I noticed that the little kid Gump has (who I had forgotten entirely) is actually adorable little Sora!!!!!
Sora's voice actor=Haley Joel Osment, who is now 18, but used to be small and adorable and a great child actor, who just so happens to be in the Sixth Sense, Second Hand Lions, and (briefly) Forrest Gump! and probably some other stuff too, but this is all I know of.
ZOMG the child actor from the Sixth Sense plays Sora??? Nyu wai!! He's in a ton of movies! Like Pay it Forward and Artificial Intelligence. I was wondering what ever happened to that kid... now I know ^^
Well, Artificial Intelligence is uuuuuuuberness sad the first time you watch it! Pay it Forward is also pretty sad to, but it's a better movie the second time you watch it. At least I think so. I've only seen it once ^^' But I have Artificial Intelligence (AI) on DVD. They're both really good movies.
LOLZ yes he is. I think AI is great the first time you watch it! Cos it's uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuber sad and at the end me and my mom consumed half of a box of tissus.
yeah but idk it just didn't really hit me like that. There are only a few movies I've ever actually cried during (one was Click, and one was Metal Gear Solid 3. I think there've been more but I can't remember). I think books tend to hit me harder.
Orly? I'm the opposite. I don't cry for books, but I think some movies are just the saddest thing ever! I didn't cry durring Click though. It was sad, but I didn't cry.
ZOMG I can't believe I haven't commented on this one yet, that's crazy. Anyway. Rachel, you're amazing at drawing, and this pic prooves it. The shading& the colors are wow-mazing. =]
