15 hrs or so and I'm still not really done; but it was rushed since I was going to use it for my governor's school application. sorry about the (massive) mistakes but I'm just too tired to fix it. seriously ;__;
I happen to agree with everyone else; it looks terrific -- it's gorgeous. This might be my mistake, but the only thing I see that looks a bit "off" is her arm is either a bit short or her head is a bit to large in relation to the rest of her body. But that is NOT, as you said, a massive mistake...
Yeah, I don't know what mistakes you're talking about. I think it looks perfect! I love how you made the water sort of meld into the sky; it looks incredible, great job!
I love anything to do with water and waves, so naturally, i love this picture. Even if I didn't like water as much as i do, i would still fave this picture because it is marvelously (if that's a word) done! *faves*

This picture is beautifully painted; you've got a great handle on digital painting. The slanted clouds gives the piece a nice variety, and I appreciate that you actually highlighted the clouds with yellow, and that you see the yellow again in the fish. This gives the piece a nice feel of being late afternoon.
(If you don't like critiques, then please stop reading and disregard the rest of this comment. I know it may sound silly to tell you this, but there's a lot of artists who would rather not be critiqued and I don't want to make you angry. ^_^ Also, I'm not pointing out mistakes that you say you know you made, just ways I think you can improve, based on the rest of your gallery - which is nice, by the way - not only in this piece but in all your future artworks.)
That said, the woman looks like she's not really a part of the scene, but just placed in there. Yes, the light hitting her face is coming from the right direction, but it's not the same light. "Warm light, cool shadows." Late afternoon light comes strong from one direction, and it's a nice, warm light. Late afternoon shadows tend to be cool - blues and purples. Look at your clouds! They are a beautiful example of this type of light. Her skin should contain some nice oranges and purples for the shadows - and her dress would have blues and browns (blue shadows go well with the color of her dress, anyway). And, some light blue light being relected off the ocean, shinging onto her and her clothing - especially in areas that are nearest the ocean - would integrate her into the scene very well.
Sorry if that was a little wordy! :) But the end result is: good job!
It looks fantastic. The water is beautiful, And the fish look lively. I love the effect with how you made the flesh still very visible under the water, and not just a murky mirrage. And the clouds are fantastic. They look incredibly real, and of course the person looks great too. The shading is all extremely realistic, great job, its byootiful. Faves!
Yeah like the others have said what mistakes, you check out my art then you'll see actual mistakes, anyway I love all the movement shown in the fish and the water, everything looks sooo realistic, amazing work indeed.
Massive mistakes? The only mistakes I can see are the arm and body looking too rigid. Otherwise, the face is fine, the clouds are fine and the water is fine too. I wish I had more practice with drawing water.
15 hours spent and you say it's rushed. Are you fucking kidding me man. Dude I don't care what you think, you spend 15 hours on something, it is not fucking rushed. Just look at some of my shoot man, now that's rushed!
Speechless which is why I'm writing hehe. Anyway this piece is just stunning. I love the colors you used and the splashes in the waves are really nice. Keep up the Great Work!
