Yes, I used Hotaru as a reference.
In my fanstory Blue Rose, Dib was in an accident when he was in junior high and, not unlike the Invader Zim episode "Bad, Bad Rubber Piggy" Dib's father transforms him into a cyborg...although not quite as monstrous.
