Papercut_Dragon

Part of my "obsession" concentration for school. This came about because I was thinkin' of different obsessions I wanted to do - I liked the computer idea but every time someone paints someone being obsessed with a computer, the subject is always zoning out, staring at the moniter.

So I talked to my friend about it, and she said, "Well, you could have someone licking it." And I said, "Great idea! You wanna do it?"

And so, she did.

She had ceran wrap on her tounge, though at one point it slipped off and she actually DID lick the moniter. So I bought her a candy bar to make up for that. ^^;

18x24, acrylic on luwan wood, a lot of hours.

Thats awesome. Nice contrast between the colours, the range of colour in the jacket is deadly too.

Heheheh. That's pretty awesome. Great idea. You executed it so well, as usual. Man, if only I could paint like you with acrylic. I have a tendency to blendy-blend things together, so it looks unnatural and stuff.

That's amusing, great idea. Reminds me of my bf and his new computer, he didn't lick it but he kissed it, surprised he didn't try to make out with it. Does she have a cat collar on? We started a little cat-collar-wearing-facebook-cult for our college, if she has one you guys should start a chapter ;)
