hah, i recently got a game that's he's in.
its called jump superstars, and it's a fighting game with tons of japaneese anime/manga characters.
Anyway, there was a character you could use from the show D-gray man who could change his arm into weapons and whatnot, is this that guy?

i could tell that's where he's from by looking at the catagory, but i haven't read/seen that manga/anime ><
