I don't want to discount your awesome work ("cuz this is really awesome), but I think it's actually spelled Buizel. At least, that's how it's spelled in pokemon Diamond.

actually,it was a Japanese name"buoysel" before the english name"buizel"revelaed. it was before by revaeling the real name
