This is a portait of an american Civil War soilder. I thought of many things, and I finally thought I should pay a tribute to veteran soilders everywhere. Also, I pray that all the soilders in Iraq make it back okay, I'm pullin for you! ^_^

P.S. This won first in the 2006 art show in Kentucky! Also, I used pastels for the coloring, and simple ebony pencil for the outline.
