Well, her basic profile is on the picture, so I guess I don't really have to describe Tera herself to much. I will state this; I made her lanky/gangly and slim because I didn't want people to think she is a mary sue. I see waaaaay to many Mary sues out there in the Jak ficton, and I wanted my own character to be one who would fit in with the original characters of the series and who would not (ever) steal the spot light away from the main characters, aka Jak and Daxter themselves.
Also, I wanted to go for a different look. I usually draw fairly good looking girls, but this time, even though the characters cute in that awkward kind of way, she's not over-bearingly gorgeous or talented or anything. Tera can fight (kind of), but she's easy to dodge and block because she's pretty weak. She's fourteen! No normal fourteen year old is overly powerful (that I'm aware of...). Anyways, I have a whole fanfiction series in mind, almost a rewrite of the games with Tera in them. This is her design for the original Jak and Daxter game. I'll post up the designs of her for the other games once I actually start writing the fic and play the other games (I'm about halfway done Jak2 currently)
Just a bit of extra info on Tera, she was adopted by Samos when she was a baby, so she's never known her true parents. She's a very shy person, and she's terrified of lurkers because of an incident when she was very young. Tera can, for whatever reason, absorb small amounts of blue eco and use them the same as Jak can, but don't let her anywhere near a blue vent because it could and would easily make her pass out. Growing up with Jak, Daxter and Keira, Tera has a strong friendship with the boys but doesn't get along with Kiera much (conflicting personalities). She has a bit of a crush on Jak, but hasn't really done anything about it because she know's he's into Kiera.
I refuse to make Tera do anything a mary sue would do; they bug me and I see them way to often. I just want to have fun writing this and hopefully I won't get my head bitten off by rabid Jak fangirls in the process. That's all from me.
