The sensei part stands for teacher or master and he teaches on the academy to kids who would later on become genins. ~_^
I, myself, love his hair and this is the first time I've ever made frog view~! >D *is proud of her work*

The swirl under his feet (below the snail) is his clan's sign, it reminds me of the sharingan and the haruno clan's sign tho. o__O; Might chiange it later.
