Dinah Wherever from the manga Bizenghast. I love this series ...

Just the lineart. I plan to colour, but I wanted to get it up here.

Her dress went through a lot of changes. Originally, I wanted to draw her dancing with Vincent, but that kind of died ... the skirt was the one part that was pretty much always as you see it. Mainly because ... I couldn't remember what corsets look like.
