Well here is one of my chapter pictures. This would be the story of how Brom came to possess the sword Zar'roc. i don't really want to say too much more in case some of you can not read the book.

This one took slightly less time than the cover, mainly because I am a little more used to the program. However, it decided to crash on me at least three times and I had to start over after about an hours worth of work. Ah well... the wonderful thing about computers right? *laughs*

As for Brom, I liked the costume design they gave him for the movie. So as you can see it's based off of that.

Materials: Drawn by hand with a HB art pencil, colored in Corel Painter 8

Hmm, I have to agree, Brom was one of the casting choices I actually liked. Again, wonderful colouring. It's so vibrant ... A lot of cg colouring looks too smooth and fluffy, but this has a nice texture to it.
