it's toph in her Gakuen uniform (look at my azula uniform for info...)
in my comic she wont come in until either late volume one or at the beginning of volume two...I can wait to put her in,so far I've only got Kat down in the story,and sokka,and they haven't even gotten to Keitaro yet.

wow this is good. she looks so innocent ( hard to tell that she kicked the shoot out of her enemies on an almost regular basis)
