Yes, Zim is poking Skoodge in the eye with his finger. If your a fan of the show, then you'll understand. I can't stop smiling when I look at it, just because I think this is something Zim would do to Skoodge as a smeet. But concerning the picture, Zim has no smile because he wanted to see Skoodges reaction. I guess Skoodge screamed and that startled Zim. And NO! This is not a gay scene.
