think about 7 equally sized frames
head , feet and hands equally sized ;-)
like you can see here

zorg voor 7 gelijkverdeelde vakken
hoofd, handen en voeten gelijke grootte
zoals hier te zien ;-)

You put it quite simple, I like it :), though my characters usually won't fit there:

For womans, I usually put the hip as wide or a bit wider than theshoulders, for mens, I always put the sholders wider. And unless I amdrawing a kid... I don't draw heads as wide as hips, or wider thanwaists...
And in most of the times I ignore this 7 sized frames scale... Notbecause I think is wrong quite by the contrary, it's because the typeof humanoids I draw XD (8 usually works for my types :P)
