Here's the new version of my character from one of my earliest fics on Fanfiction.net.
Kage, the Hero of Memories, is the recipient of the Catalyst of Hope, The Sword of Reflections and the Ocarina of Memories. When the story begins, he's a bit of a complainer (and this annoys Link, Navi, and his own sprite Mizuu, to no end), but, as he grows into his predestined role, he matures as well.
He is a Shadow Elf (an offshoot of the drow). His tribe was massacred by the Sheikah when he was very young, and may be the last of his kind in Hyrule.

Amazing!!! :) Different color skin I love, its new but you make it sooooo beautiful! I think I know why I keep messing up now Rurouni its because I dont know where to shade on faces and hair... pitiful... of me... but I am sure you went through some of this difficulty, any thoughts? :D *holding hands* I know I keep asking for so much help but I have tons of ideas, and as soon as I figure this stuff out I will show you how well you taught poor little me. :) and I will shower you with the credit you richly deserve! :D
Well, with shading, it depends where the 'light' is coming from. I normally shade under the bangs, the chin, along the neck, and the arms or legs (or wherever else it might be needed). If you need further help with shading, just look closely at whatever you may be using as a guide, see where the shading is, and try to follow it as closely as you can (it's a little time-consuming, but definitely worth it!)
