Well, obviously, it's Yami Yugi from the Capsule Monsters series. He's in his duel armor, dressed as the Dark Magician. I had to use a grainy version of the Capsule Monsters show on YouTube as reference. This picture was done for a friend in my apartment building.

Oh dear, Yami's headpiece is missing.

Recognize it from another website? Yep, it's the same one I posted under my deviantart account.
