For kagomelovesinu's contest.

She'd got such adorable characters I couldn't resist whipping something up to enter. The characters featured are Joet (the big one_ and stewart (the lil winged chibi). Technically Stewart doesn't have wings XD But I wanted him to look super cute and winged chibis are cuter then unwinged chibis.

Ah... and don't mind the glowy things >.> I had just read a tutorial on magic effects and I was like "YES! SPARKLE BUBBLE TIME FTW!!!1!111"
