HA! And you all thought I'd given up on my DF project, eh??? NO SIR, I am back. X)
Kyaaa, this turned out pretty darn well, eh? 8D; I'm kinda proud of it, to be honest. Urm, actually, his eye's a little big, but... >>;

BIG STEPS HERE! 8C
I learnt how to use complementary colors to achieve that 'shading' for his hair. Oooh, it was scary, yessir, but I stuck through, and I have to say, it's pretty cool-lookin' in the end. Also, analygous (sp?) colors for his blue collar... Myah, blah blah.
I rather liked the shading on the skin.

UNFORTUNATELY! half the shading and coloring was completely, blatantly ignored by my scanner, but, well... >>;
Gotta go on. ANYWAY.

...I'm off to oekaki some more. Heh! XD;

Done with 005 and 02 Micron Pens and Prang Colored Pencils.
90 min for initial sketch and inking, ~90 min for coloring. Total 3 hours, sweet~ X<

Complimentary colors FTW, I must say. Makes painting so much easier (don't use it that often with pencils, but I may have to try after this <3). Because that HAIR. GEEZ. D:

Pff, I can never manage to colour entirely in pencil. I think, 'Woopie flippin' do' and get out my pens. Because my scanner hates coloured pencil with a passion. Scanners are bloody evil.
