Dinah Lance, the Black Canary from Justice League Unlimited. She is absolutely gorgeous, and I've got a certain affinity for her. Basic coloring (as is used in the show). I had a lot of fun drawing this one.

The brush used for Dinah's sexy fishnets is from In Obscuro. The feathers are a brush made by Debi-Chiru and can be found here.

Dinah/Black Canary is the property of DC Comics (and, in this incarnation, WB). Image itself is mine.

Nice, I like the coloring! :D Those fishnets could be more simple though, would fit her better in my opinion... I don´t know... ^_^ Anyway, good job!
