My father was the person who taught me how to shoot, both bow and arrow and a gun. He's the one who encouraged me to move forward with my art, even though he always worries about whether or not I'll make it. He's been supportive through some really rough spots and I'm glad I had him.
Anyway, this picture first rose from speculation of could-have-beens... speculation among the DC fandom is that Young Justice's Arrowette's real father is Oliver Queen... the Green Arrow. So what if Ollie had played a more active role in Cissie King's childhood?
The picture was too cute, since my dad taught me to shoot, and since today is my dad's 50th, it became a birthday picture for him. Ollie's hand is too big and the proportions are a little wonky, but overall, I like how this came out. Besides, it's for my dad, and he'll like it no matter what. ^^;
