If I did see him in real life I would first think it was some freaky fan dressed up like him for some wierd convention.

Grab him and put him in a bag and run away very fast!
Then unpack him home in my room ^W^
 
In real life:
Stand behind him and take a picture in secret and stare for some more
moments till he leaves. I think that's what I would do.. :)
 
Sasuke-kun looks very relaxed. I only think you drew his legs a bit too
