Bwahahahaha....I sketch a lot in photoshop, trying to get new chibi ideas. That's when I remembered my Transformers fanart of a baby Starscream, so I reused the idea, minus the pacifier.

So yeah, chibi Kadaj.

Kadaj: *holding his hands out to Neko, eyes glimmer and shines a ray of innocence*
Neko: *is immune to his cuteness* Urrm....anyone lost a kid? Anyone?
