this is my second drawing of a girl standing in the wind. i don't about this element but i like everything blowing freely in the wind. i wish i had another program but all i have is MSPaint, i think it would look better if i used photoshop or something and i still need to improve on my drawing a lot.

yeah it took forever, coloring every white space with paint is a pain staking process but fr some reason i really wanted to finish it. once i started i wanted to see how it would look like finished
