Does anyone know the word for mishearing a lyric from a song? Because that's how I got the idea for this pic...
Anyways, I recently started reading Ray, and I'm rather enjoying it. I got the idea for this pic while listening to the song "The Waste", by Sepultura With Mike Patton. I started drawing it, then the guy on the right's hair started looking like Ray's. I figured I'd make the other guy Mike.
I showed this pic to one of my friends, and thought that the image of those two standing next to each other was quite powerful, and he said "There is so much distance that could be shared, and yet, they stand that close.". I personally didn't see any of that, but I didn't step back and look at it. A little to deep for me to come up with, I think. Although, I was happy that someone got something out of it.
