I don't know if you watched the final episode of .hack//SIGN, "Unison", but I thought that these two would make a good entry for you contest, Lex.

For those who don't know, Mia and Elk are two characters from the .hack//Infection series. Mia is an unusual Bladesmaster who befriended Elk, a young Wavemaster, since he looked similar to another Wavemaster. What Mia is holding is Aromatic Grass, an item that was given to her by that Wavemaster.

P.S.: I removed parts that would be spoilers, so anyone who hasn't seen .hack//SIGN or played the .hack//Infection series won't be spoiled.
