This guy's supposed to be from Bartholomew, two years after Thirteen's story. In it, the country is expanding, and everyone's fighting for his own part of it. The number system is deteriorating, and Spike is one of the first to name himself after having a number his whole life.
Er...it's a work in progress. He's actually NOT the protagonist. He's actually sort of the antagonist. I'll get more on that later...
I've noticed that most of (or all) your character's pants... aren't really on all the way, they're just kinda floatin' there... I wish my pants would do that...
