Gosh, I am soooo happy that I finally finished this pic, it took forever! Ok maybe not forever but you get the idea. ^^
Anyway, it's the smexy Neji. I'm happy with how it came out. Oh yeah, this happens to be the first time I draw Neji! Yayy! lol, ok that's enough. ;p
It was colored on MS paint just like all my other computer art. The hair took me the longests to finish, I had to put over 7 layers to make it come out like that. That's alot of layering (well for me at least). After finally getting the coloring all done, I really didn't have any patience left to do a background so sorry about that but if it bothers you I can edit it some time later.Well, that's all I have to say.
