Icharus is stating Erik's Law. It is similar to Murphy's Law or Newton's Law...except I made it up.
Erik's Law: He who has a bendy straw is more entitled to soda than others.
Icharus is so cool-looking in this! I based his tux off of Beetle Juice. As for his bird cage top hat, I seen something like that in art class once...
