hmm, this is a tough descion (i hate that word), I prefer long hair, like you said you can do more with it, but the short hair gives her an innocent look (with that facial epression and pose anyways).

well i like them both she looks more beautiful with long heir but she looks more grown up with short hair so i think she should have short hair.but in the pic she looks sad with her hair cut short and happy with her hair long. anyways that's what it looks like to me.

She's happy both ways. Trust me. ^^ I just doodled and the expressions got a bit messed up.
