Our 28th picture in my “Ode to Childhood” series!

As usual, a resident of my childhood ‘underwater world.’ You’ve seen adorable children…THIS is a wicked little fairy girl! Just look at her!! That’s an expression of EVIL!! EVIL!! A little sprite about to cause havoc in her wake!! (with a snazzy swirly dress!!)
