Red Tide, Black Tide + Splintur, Bithinker

The first Pokemon ever to have two words in their true name:
 
Red Tide (Gulpin+Grimer): The hand shaped Pokemon are actually millions of cell sized crustacean Pokemon that live together as one large animal. It can take on several shapes like the most often used hand, or other objects such as hammers or small houses even.
 
Black Tide (Swalot+Muk): The cells have darkened to form this beast. Although they don't have wings, the cells can form some in the body and coordenate to fly with them. The poison from these Pokemon is not only fatal but also very polluting. It affects water Pokemon the most.

Splintur (Shuppet+Abra): It uses its psychic powers to control its opponent like a real puppet. They find comfort in the woods where they settled after the release.
 
Bithinkur (Banette+Kadabra): The Dummy it carries around with it seems to share the minds and thoughts of its owner. There's no doubt that it too is alive since it needs sleep and food to stay healthy. Bithinkurs are not very playful, and in battle, they'd rather finish off their opponent as fast as possible rather than toying around with them.
