Wow. That's... A very good point you've made. To be honest, I'm none too happy with how I look, but hey... I guess I could look a lot worse.

My theory is that people see all these 'celebrities' and crap on the cover of magazines and they hear all of these people saying how beautiful they are, so out of envy/anger/-insert your own emotion here- they feel like they can only take it out on themselves. In short, celebrities are partly to blame. *nodnod* But that's enough of my theory...

O_O i really like this. it's striking. pretty is as pretty does, i'm not in love with my appearance but i don't think i'm fat. i hate it when people call themselves fat. my friends do that a lot, and since i'm freakishly skinny (which sucks, fyi, because people always call me anorexic or bulimic. one of my teachers even brought it up to my mother, cuz i'm vegetarian and she thought i was anorexic. but i actually eat alot -_-) and it makes me feel guilty, so i tell them that they aren't and if they keep it up i'm leaving. but anyway, sorry for the rant, great pic! *faves*
