ahaha the white spots are called 'shine'. it give the pic a more 3-d and professional fill.

Looks really nice!!! ^_^ I don´t like the background that much though, since I prefer 100 % self-made pics, and there´s some white spots, at the strap around her thigh and in the hair... :D
