He's based off of one of my favorite Digimon,Allomon:
But Velocimon's not as big as Allomon cause Velocimon's a Rookie and Allomon's an Armor.

Maybe he's a crossbreed between Allomon and Guilmon :) That is if they even crossbred. But yeah, nice to see an OC digimon. Makes me think about designing a few of my own. But if I were to make one I'd wanna draw all the evolutions. Maybe your next image of him should be his champion evolution. Just a thought.
