I did this mainly to practice on drawing faces in this point of view because I really suck at it.
So, this is supposed to be Uryu (don't know if I spelled that right) from Bleach. ^^
I find it difficult to draw Bleach characters so I did him in my style. I think he looks a little older than in the Anime but I like how he came out! ^^
Why did I use so much blue? Because I love that color! XD
The bg is something simple I did because after working on the coloring for sooo long I got tired and just made some random clouds. ^^
