Ohhhh very nice job with his face and head! LOLOL I understand about the hand! A lot of times I cant figure out what pose to put it in that doesn't look totally cheesy or lame, so I just kind of cut it out of the picture LOLOL! The ear on my right seems to be a bit smaller than the other one. This kind of thing happens all the time, so don't worry about it too much.
Aww! I know what you mean about not knowing what to draw for hands, so if you need to make sure to try using reference for it. That's what I try to do. Eventually if you use enough reference, you won't need it as much anymore. Very nice though, I love Sonic the Hedgehog. This is a bit old though, I shall check your newer work ^^
