Okekai is a web-based drawing program that is similar to Paint only with layers and a few more advanced tools, though not as many as programs such as Photoshop. Okekai is often associated with a message board of sorts, after you finish a piece you can submit it and other people can view it, or edit it if you allow it. Okekai is a common medium for collabs due to the ease in file sharign and uploading.
