that's one of my sister's neopets, an Ogrin. she just added those hairs in it's legs to make it unique, and it turned out quite well! just to make it clear, it was drawn with pencil, then improved and coloured in photoshop, and background added. it's all done by her, i only gave her some tips about photoshop, cuz she's not used to it.
