Oh! How very sad! Drawing can be rather good for the soul when one is feeling saddened. Indeed, I know how very helpful it can be to draw out one's emotion on paper. You did a very good job of it as well. I certainly hope that it helped.
When things get really too much for me I usually draw it out and try and work it through. It can help sometimes. Helps relieve some of the emotional pressure. It did help...but could never replace words.
