As for the picture, I also noticed that it looked like someone else was taking the headphones off. Considering the sleeves, I'd probably say Yukari, since she's the only one who wears a vest, save for Minato.

The picture's pretty good. I noticed you used the lyrics of "Burn My Dread" in it, and the details are pretty accurate.

I'm also a big fan of the game. I haven't finished it, though, but I really like it. I even created my own SEES member, if you want to check it out.

For the hands: the problem is that it looks like someone else is taking off his headphones. If he was doing it, both thumbs would be inward and the pinkie would be outside, or he would have taken the headphones off in a backhand movement, so his fingers would be rotating downwards.

For my character: look up Shinju Takahiko. I designed her with both Yukari and Fuuka in mind.
