Geez, while doing this work i realized how hard it is to make the clouds... REALISTIC looking clouds. My clouds are looking like a jelly O.o
Ah well, in overall i'm glad how this pic turned out.

The clouds look nothing like jelly, I do think that u really couldn't ask for a more freakin sweet piece. The way the dragon sorta blends into the cloudy background is a nice touch.

Awesome lighting effects with the clouds and the shading on the neck, you really know wut ur doing. I think the design of the dragon is very unique with the birdlike quality making it beautifully executed.

Clouds are rather difficult. Have you tried using a slight gaussian on the layers under the highlights?
The clouds totally don't look like a jelly, they look fluffy and cloud-like. I don't like the proportions on the dragon; the head seems a bit too small in comparison to the neck, but you sort of make it work. The lighting in this picture is phenomenal, and I love how the dragon itself seems sort of dark, and its eye shines out so brightly. However, I think my favorite part is the background. It's so ethereal and heavenly. Splendidly fantastic.
No seriously, I love how you did this picture. I don't think the clouds look like jelly, though; it looks more like...stardust. My favourite part of the pic, though, is the feathering on the dragon's neck; very realistic, and makes me want to give him a hug. :)

The thing about clouds... one cannot really draw a cloud, so one must convince the viewer that what you've drawn IS a cloud, if you understand what I mean.... oh forget it :P
Oh my God, that's amazing.
I especially love the way you fade out the dragon near the bottom, it just makes the whole thing seem so dreamlike. It's gorgeous.

Wow! O_O That is incredible! It looks like a painting that you hang on the wall or one of the Magic: The Gathering cards. (I don't really care for the game, but the cards are gorgeous!)
That is one really good looking dragon, I wish I had a fur coat that fluffy!
As for the clouds, it totally beats me why there would be clouds in outer space but they still look nice, if a bit too shiny.
