L is one of my favorite characters, although I've never really found the opportunity to draw him much. I thought perhaps I might have drawn him stuffing his face full of sweets, but that didn't happen.

I know the authors intended to make L look unattractive, but I never really thought about that. I'm more interested in his character than his looks though.

Wow, nice to see a more realistic portrayal of L for a change. Most artists here just seem to copy him directly from the manga.

Very well done I like how the eyes stand out so much, making him look all intense.

When I first saw this, I thought it a photograph, he looks so alive. I particularly love your use of light and open space. You are a magnificent artist.

I wasn't aware that L was designed to be unattractive, if so, the manga/anime artists failed miserably.

I love this, and not only because you still maintained his look, but the fact that it's one of your more simple works. No violence or fire or blood or anything, for that matter, in the background. It's almost... symbolic...
